The Dream Club

I ordered a whole bunch of Dream in Color yarns with my rep last week.  I ordered Starry, which is the gorgeous sock weight yarn with a hint of iridescence, and I ordered their new yarn, Smooshy with Cashmere - is a sock weight yarn with 20% cashmere.  Feels soooo nice.  Of course, I got more of the Classy in their new Scorched colors - all fabulous  - I am so excited! Most exciting though is that I signed Crazy for Ewe up for the Dream in Color Club this fall.

Beginning this September, Dream in Color, will release a limited edition yarn each month.  These yarns will be a special fiber blend, or a special colorway, or both, and will be available only to Dream Club members, and then that yarn in that color will be gone forever.  Crazy for Ewe will have ten (yes, only 10) memberships to the club.

Interested?   Here's how it works:  Dream in Color sends me a box with ten skeins of the special edition yarn the first week of the month.  Club members are invited to a special event in the shop where we'll open the box.  Not even the Crazy for Ewe team will have seen the yarn until we open it with you.  With each shipment, there will be a one-skein pattern for that yarn.  We'll cast on and get started knitting the project that day.  Membership in the club entitles you to the yarn, the pattern, and help from the Crazy for Ewe team on the project.  You'll also receive a limited edition Dream Club 2011 bag for your project.  We'll open the box at our Second Sunday event in Leonardtown, so there'll be fun and festive party as well!
