  • Beautiful Afghans

We were totally blown away by the gorgeous afghans in this book when we first saw it back in January. It arrived in the shop Wednesday, and everyone was just drooling. There are fabulous patterns for both knit and crochet, so regardless of your craft, there are tons of patterns you'll love. Nicole summed it up best when she said, "You know, I think I'm just going to have to learn to crochet!" Here are a couple of my favorites.

Swirl is a fun crocheted afghan reminiscent of a quilt pattern

Textured Knots - knit with fabulous cables

    Ribbon - crochet

    Fish Ripples - crochet

This is another fun quilt looking one

There are lots more designs you'll enjoy. The patterns are written using Berroco's Comfort, but they would also be gorgeous in Berroco's Vintage wool blend. Both yarns are super soft, machine washable, and very reasonably priced. We have a terrific array of colors in each, so come pick a pattern and get started!
