Amy and I were looking at these two different versions of this wrap - the darker one that Amy likes has a rich kind of beauty like stained glass. 
This paler one is really appealing to me for its soft springtime colors.
Amy and I started wondering how much of the difference between the two was due to the background color. How a very bright colorway of Kureyon look with a white background? How would the same color look against a black background? Inquiring minds want to know. I asked Amy to swatch both color options if she had time, and here's what we found.
The bright color against the dark is quite intense. Since dark colors recede, the bights gain intensity and almost seem to jump out at you. 
The same bright shade against the white is very much muted. The white makes the brights cooler and less intense.
