O-Wool is 100% certified organic wool from Vermont Organic Fiber Company. The dyes (all organic) are rich and saturated, and the yarn itself if smooth and lustrous - excellent for showing off cables or other stitch work. It knits up as a heavy worsted, so 4 to 4 3/4 stitches per inch on US size 7-9 needles. Like so many other yarns, this one really benefits from a little bath like we talked about in the last newsletter's mini knitting tips.
