Just into the shop are Panda Cotton from Crystal Palace and Tofutsies from SWTC.
The Panda Cotton is a lovely blend of cotton, bamboo, and a little stretch. Bamboo is wonderful for its silky qualities; mixed with the cotton and stretch, you've got a perfect-fitting, cool-feeling sock for this time of year - and beyond for anyone who has a sensitivity to wool. Crystal Palace has always had great colorsways, and the sock yarn is a perfect venue to show it off.
The Tofutsies, as you might expect is made from soysilk, washable wool, and cotton. Plus, it has a little Chitin (pronounced Kite-in) which is made from shrimp and crab shells Particularly fitting here in Southern Maryland! An added benefit is that Chitin is purported to be naturally antibacterial, so your tootsies will stay sweet all summer. Tofutsies has an amazing 463 yards per skein and prefers a gauge of around 8 to the inch. What you see here is all we ordered, so get it before it's gone.
