The idea for this event started when my customer, Andrew, expressed interest in a set of interchangeables.  He saw and liked the look of the Karbonz.  Not surprising - they're as sleek and stylish as a New York studio apartment.

I was extolling the virtues of the Karbonz, and he said, "So, you think these are the best?"  I said I like them a lot and they're really nice, but "the best"?  That's very hard to say.  Like so many things in life, "the best" depends on what you like, what you're knitting, and many other factors.

I'll tell you straight up that I love my Addi Click set with a passion.

The interlocking mechanism is the very essence of fine German engineering.  Addis are the Mercedes Benz of needles.  Finely crafted and guaranteed for life, they are an investment in your knitting.  They are the most expensive of the lot.  However, the basic click set has ten tips (US size 4-15) and are guaranteed for life  which makes them a really good value.  I love them, and I use them all the time.  Except when I don't.

Some projects, like those in a very fine yarn or a lace pattern with lots k2togs or k3togs, call for something pointier -- Like the Addi Rockets, or the Karbonz, both of which have a stiletto tip and make lacwork a snap.  Some knitters prefer wooden needles, and some yarns, especially slippery ones, need a needle with a little grip.  That's where the beautiful, multicolored Dreamz set comes in.  What I'm most excited about, though, is the brand new Royale set.

This set features the colorful Dreamz needles wearing shiny stiletto tips.  Packaged in a spectacular pink showcase box with a silk carrying case for the cords and accessories, this is the ultimate gift this season.

And sometimes you just want something that's a little bit fun.  To satisfy that craving, we have the Marblz, a beautiful set of interchangeables crafted from high grade acrylic with fun swirls of color throughout.

We have them all on hand for you to see and try, and there'll be a nice promotion on them for Black Friday and Small Business Saturday.  Come take a look so you can let Santa know just what you want!
