MaryJo Legg

MaryJo Legg was one of my first and best customers.  She knit every single project I offered as a class, but never seemed to need the class – or my help!  Well, of course, not, she’s been knitting since she was 8 years old, and she’s an ace with crochet as well.  MaryJo knits faster than humanly possible, whipping out garment after perfect garment in record time.

MaryJo knit a spectacular red Crayon Box Jacket, the Sunrise Circle Jacket, ten million pairs of socks, and she’s currently finishing up a Hanne Falkenberg jacket full of short rows on teeny needles.   If you have a problem with your knitting or crochet, MaryJo can fix it. 

We're delighted to have MaryJo with us for Wednesday night knitting, Thursday afternoons, and most Saturdays. Sweet, patient, and ever-cheerful, MaryJo is a delight.  In her real life, MaryJo is a court reporter and mother of two.  Her daughter attends St. Vincent's in Pennsylvania, and her son is a senior at Ryken
